AIARE Course Leader
JOB DESCRIPTION
The AIARE Course Leader position is responsible for facilitating the delivery of materials and field activities in the AIARE 1 and 2 Recreational Curriculum. The Course Leader is also responsible for overseeing and mentoring Instructors. The ideal candidate is a qualified AIARE Course Leader and has met the minimum requirements, has a working knowledge of the AIARE Recreational Curriculum and 2+ years of guide experience, wilderness medical training (WFR preferred), and a commitment to the sport and mountain guide career.

EXPERIENCE

Full Guide
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Full Guide position is responsible for assisting under the supervision of senior guides with all tasks of leading, coaching, mentoring and guiding clients on guided mountain adventures. The ideal candidate holds AMGA certifications, has a working knowledge of climbing techniques and 2+ years of guide experience, wilderness medical training (WFR), and a commitment to the sport and mountain guide career. A full guide is responsible for leading single-pitch and mountaineering adventures in New Hampshire.

- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how Synergy and Northeast Mountaineering will speak to those needs.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Work with the Director of Operations to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
