This four part process allows us to comprehensively review your performance as a guide at NEM. It allows us to compare our analysis to yours and vise versa. It also uncovers opportunities for improvement and growth across the board.

SELF EVALUATION
An employee evaluation is the assessment and review of a worker’s job performance. Regular employee evaluation helps remind workers what their managers expect in the workplace. They provide employers with information to use when making employment decisions, such as promotions, pay raises, and layoffs.
We are proud to work with the Department of Agriculture, the White Mountain National Forest and the Androscoggin Ranger District where we are authorized outfitter guides.
